Precautions:

Respiratory, cardiac disorders; diabetes; glaucoma; dysuria assoc with prostatic enlargement; high doses, prolonged use (> 48 hrs); impaired renal function; pregnancy, lactation, children < 12 yrs

Interactions:

Sympathomimetics; MAOIs; antihypertensives; antidepressants esp fluoxetine; paracetamol, other drugs affecting the liver

Dose:

Adults, children > 12 yrs: 2 caps every 4-6 hrs. Max 8 caps/24 hrs
